Pick-Up / Credit Card Charges:
- The customer (person placing this order using their credit card) agrees that by placing a food pick up order from Cuisine2Go.com that the order and the credit card charge is a valid purchase and that the charge is non-refundable.
- The customer also agrees that they are responsible for picking up their order that they placed and paid for on the Cuisine2Go.com web site. Cuisine2Go.com will not refund the customer’s credit card for food that is not picked up by the customer.
- If the customer needs to cancel their order after placing the order on the Cuisine2Go.com web site, the customer must call Cuisine2Go.com at: 877-333-3979 within 10 minutes of the order being placed. We will not accept e-mails or faxes to cancel orders, you must call us. If the restaurant has not made your order we may cancel your order and may refund your order with a credit back to your credit card.
- Cuisine2Go.com only accepts credit cards as the form of payment. It is prohibited by the customer if they arrive at the restaurant to pick up their order and they decide to change the method of payment to cash or check or another form of payment and it is accepted by the restaurant, Cuisine2Go.com will still charge the customer for the order. So that means the customer paid for that order twice. Cuisine2Go.com will not refund the order.
- If the customer arrives at the restaurant and wants to change the credit card that was originally placed with Cuisine2Go.com the customer must call 877-333-3979 and give us the new credit card number, once it is approved in our system the customers order will be charged to the new card. Once again if the customer wants to use a different credit card and the restaurant accepts the payment, the customer will still be charged the order on the original credit card given when the order was first placed. Cuisine2Go.com will not refund the order.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to check their order to make sure they have received everything they ordered. The customer can check their order with the CUSTOMER INVOICE which the restaurant should have. If the customer gets home or back a work and finds that something is missing or in error the customer must call 877-333-3979 within 2 hours of the order being placed to inform us of the problem. We will discuss the problem with you and determine the best course of action to resolve the problem. The customer will have to back to the restaurant to pick up any new / remade entrees.
- When the customer arrives at the restaurant to pick up their order, it is the customers responsibility to ask the restaurant Hostess, Manger or Take Out person for the the CUSTOMER INVOICE which was faxed to the restaurant at the time we placed the order with the restaurant. If the restaurant does not have the CUSTOMER INVOICE, either the customer or the restaurant can call us and we will refax the invoice or we can E-mail the invoice as well.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL - when a customer places an order with Cuisine2Go.com.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Cuisine2Go.com, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Menu prices are subject to change at any time with out notice to the customer.
Term; Termination:
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or ordering process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Cuisine2Go.com, LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
